Class types Slim Form: The world is not only of those in their twenties! (as the old song goes) It is a keep-fit routine to move the whole body – both for the elderly and fitter age groups. Aquafitness: this class favours fans of water – basic gymnastics exercise to work various groups of muscles and all this in the swimming pool. Body shaping: a class best for those who do not enjoy heavy training in the fitness room, but would like to shape their body in a personalised form. Fat burning: aerobic class with basic steps or step pad. Keeps the number of heartbeats continuously in the fat burning zone. You can easily get rid of unwanted cushions of fat. Step: Recently the most successful class type. An intense, dynamic routine built from basic steps and dance elements. Dance step: A cheerful, intense, advanced class special for mixing dance elements with step. Keep-fit: one of the best methods for shaping, defining muscles and enhancing staying power.
